The Ibeno Beach

Ibeno is located in the south east of Nigeria and is a Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. It is a beautiful sand beach, which stretches to James Town on the Atlantic, providing recreational facilities for water sporting.

Ngwo Pine Forest

This Mother nature consist of large cluster of trees at the beautiful Ngwo Pine Forest, sharp twists and turns along the stone-paved track, as the route slants downward. The valley floor is tiled by a gently flowing stream of limpid spring waters. A barefooted trek upstream in the water leads into a dark cleft at the end of the valley.

Kainji National Park

It is one of Nigeria’s largest wildlife parks, located in Kainji, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State, North Central Nigeria. The Kainji Lake National Park comprises the Kainji Lake and the Borgu and Zugurma Game Reserves. It was established in 1979 and covers an area of nearly 5,400 square kilometres. The park is managed by the Nigerian National Park Service, assisted by the Niger State Tourism Board and Borgu Emirate.

Port Harcourt Tourist Beach

This picturesque spot is on an artificial sand beach. Osun-Osogbo Grove

The Osun Sacred Grove is the largest and represents Yoruba sacred groves. It reflects on Yoruba cosmology. The Osun Sacred Grove islocated on the outskirts of the city of Osogbo and remains one of the last remnants of primary high forest in southern Nigeria. It is regarded as the abode of the goddess of fertility Osun, one of the pantheon of Yoruba gods, the landscape of the grove and its meandering river is dotted with sanctuaries and shrines, sculptures and art works in honour of Osun and other deities.

Queen Amina’s Wall

Queen Amina used her military prowess to expand the territory of Zazzua to the mouth of the Niger in the south and including Kano and Katsina in the north. These military conquests led to great wealth, both because they opened more trading routes, and because  had to pay tribute. Mud walls around cities became known as “Amina’s walls” because Amina is said to have build such walls around her military camps.  These walls sevred as tribute to conquered territories.This wall still stands majestically in the modern city of Zaria.

Oke-Idanre Hill

Millennium Park Abuja is the largest of the green areas and parks in Abuja covering a land area of about 32 hectares. It is located in the Maitama district of the federal capital territory. The Millennium park was commissioned in December 2003 by Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.
