Outstanding Young Achievers (OYA) Awards 2016 Unveils Nominees List

The organisers of the Outstanding Young Achievers (OYA) awards have unveiled the full nominees list of the 2016 edition of the awards. It should be recalled that OYA AWARDS issued out a call for nominations in May, which ended on September 15th.
Of the 20 categories listed, 19 were open for nominations by the public.OYA AWARDS however, reserved the right to arbitrarily nominate candidates for one category (Person of the Year), while also serving as arbiter in the selection of the winner in that category…
